To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you must have proof of purchase. We do not refund items that have been consumed. Exceptions to our money back guarantee include repeated returns, products that have been consumed multiple times and others.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item received, or an adverse reaction. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
