How long does take to receive my order?

Orders should generally take 3 to 5 days to deliver in the lower 48 States, some times of year that time may vary due to increased order volume.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Items with obvious signs of use or any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be deemed non-returnable. Furthermore, any returned item more than 30 days after delivery will be considered non-returnable.

Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you must have proof of purchase. We do not refund items that have been consumed. Exceptions to our money back guarantee include repeated returns, products that have been consumed multiple times and others.

 

To start a return, contact us at info@amgnutrition.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item received, or an adverse reaction. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it right away. You have 7 days from day you receive your order to show us proof of damage.
